Q. are you factory?
A: Yes of course we have our own factory to produce all kinds of transformer.
Q: is this transformer can be made by machine?
A: It depends. Once the inside diamter is small than 10mm, then shall be made by hand.
Q: What can you supply within one week?
A: After initial startup, 100K pcs to be delivered within one weeks. As the time of delivery shall be about two or three weeks because it takes about 10 days to finalized export formalities.
Q: All the transformer are tested before time of delivery?
A: Yes, you are right, all the transformer are to be tested prior to all of them going out our factory.
Q: Small Order shall be possible produced?
A: yes, we accept small orders. But the production cost shall be higher than large volume, then the price shall be increased accordingly. Pls understand!
Q: How about the packing of such small transformer inside carton?
A: the small toroidal transformer can be packed in foam or Plastic Pre-formation Tray, then put them into carton to be stacked on strong wooden pallets.
